Watch our video guide to Week 37 of your pregnancy journey:
What's Happening in Week 37?
Congratulations - your baby is now considered full term! Your baby weighs around 2.8kg and is about 48cm long. The lungs are fully mature, and if born now, your baby would be ready to breathe on their own.
Your baby is practicing important skills like sucking, grasping, and blinking. The head may have "engaged" in your pelvis, which may make breathing easier but increase pressure on your bladder.
Tips for Week 37
- You could go into labor any time now
- Watch for signs: regular contractions, waters breaking, bloody show
- Rest and conserve energy
- Keep your phone charged and car fueled
