We can’t thank you enough for the exceptional ultrasound experience that we had last Sunday. I basically scheduled the ultrasound because my husband hadn’t been able to attend any of our diagnostic ultrasounds due to work commitments. I would just like to say, it was an absolute pleasure visiting you in Ultrasound Dimensions. After being disappointed with our consultant’s scan of our little baby at 11 weeks (extremely grainy images), we were just so overjoyed to see what we saw on our 12 week scan with you.
As first time parents-to-be (fingers crossed!), we really wanted to experience our baby in the early stages of life and that is exactly what we got with you.
Your environment is very relaxing and we never felt rushed, which we agreed was so important as this is such a special time for my husband and I.

I have nothing but good to say bout my experience with yourselves last week.
I felt so comfortable in your waiting room, it was so calm and your receptionist-i didnt get his name but he was so lovely and friendly and welcoming. I knew i had made the right decision to go for an early scan.  Not only was my mind at ease seeing the baby moving around and seeing the heartbeat, but for the kindness and courteous and genuine interest you showed- it was outstanding.

I also would like to say, that i was your last appointement that night and you and your staff greeted me so chirply and friendly that i felt like i was the first appointment of the morning- as i understand at 8.40pm at night you are all tired from the whole day, but at no stage did you show your eagerness to get home and put your feet up!

I will definatley be coming back at 18 weeks to find out the sex of my baby, and i will then return for my 3d scan a while later.
