Re-Scan / Return Visit Policy:

At Ultrasound Dimensions Ltd / Ultrasound Ireland, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We do offer Return visit Policies and want to make them as generous as possible. Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds for our scan sessions.

3D/4D Pregnancy Scans:

Ultrasound Dimensions Ltd offers elective 3D/4D ultrasounds. Our 3D/4D ultrasounds do not replace any physician-ordered or diagnostic medical ultrasound.

The quality of the imaging for 3D/4D scans is dependent upon many factors such as: 

  • Age of baby 
  • Amount of amniotic fluid surrounding baby
  • Position of baby 
  • Location of the placenta. 

Due to the above factors, we can't always guarantee the types of images we can get. 

Depending on which package you've chosen, you'll receive 30 to 45 minutes of viewing baby time. We know this is a special time to bond with your baby. If any of the above factors affect the quality of the scan, we will offer you an additional 30-minute session free of charge.  

Clients must schedule their redo visit within a reasonable time frame suggested by our experienced Sonographer.

A return / redo visit does not guarantee satisfactory ultrasound quality.

Coupon and Discount Information:
Clients may only use one discount per visit and the coupon must be presented at the time of the appointment.

No Show Policy
Ultrasound Ireland understands that things come up and on occasion clients may not be able to attend a scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to other clients who may be looking to schedule an appointment in that time frame please give us 24-hour notice. There is no extra fee for not being able to attend an appointment, just let us know in advance.

If you do not show up for your appointment the pre-payment will be forfeited. You are welcome to change or cancel your appointment in 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.


Many appointment types require a pre-payment to hold your appointment time slot. Please make payment within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to hold your appointment time. If payment is not received we may need to cancel your appointment.
